Product versioning breakdown

Kimberly-Clark sells products in over 150 countries worldwide. The challenge for this HUGGIES' spot, was to produce multiple versions of the product localised for each world region, without having access to the actual products to model, photograph and texture properly. Some of the designs were being made in tandem with the production of the commercial, so they kept constantly changing.

The proposed solution was to skip complex fabric simulation and work with still frames, that were tracked and spline-warped to the original plate to give the illusion of moving fabric at a fraction of the cost and time of matching 3D geometry.
